Terms of Service
Last updated: April 29, 2026
By creating an account or using Vyral (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully — they cover what you can do with the Service, what we are responsible for, and how the relationship can end.
1. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vyral to create or distribute:
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that targets a protected group with intimidation or violence.
- Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance.
- Content that is illegal under United States federal law or the law of your jurisdiction.
- Content that impersonates a real person or organisation in a way meant to deceive.
- Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right.
- Spam, malware, phishing, or content designed to defraud.
We use a mix of automated and manual review. Accounts that violate this section may be suspended or terminated without notice.
2. User content and ownership
You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs Vyral renders for you. We do not claim copyright on your scripts, narration, or finished videos.
To make the Service work, you grant Vyral a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and process your content for the limited purpose of delivering the Service to you (e.g. running the script LLM, calling the TTS provider, rendering the MP4, serving it back to you, computing analytics on the rendered output). The license ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have the rights to use any text, transcript, or URL you feed into Vyral.
3. Service availability
Vyral is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high uptime, but we do not offer a service-level agreement (SLA) at this stage. Generation latency, rate limits, and feature availability may change as the product evolves and as the upstream providers we depend on adjust their pricing and throttling.
4. Retention of generated media
Generated MP4 video files are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. The associated project metadata is retained for your re-render / re-export workflow. See the Privacy Policy for the full data flow.
5. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, that is being used to attempt unauthorised access, or that is the subject of an unresolved chargeback or billing dispute (when billing is introduced).
6. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyral disclaims all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that AI-generated content will be factually accurate, or that visual / audio outputs will be suitable for any specific use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyral and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50.
8. Governing law
Governing law: laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved on an individual basis; you and Vyral both waive any right to a class action.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
